I’m Jess — an educator, coach, author, and visionary with a heart for service and a deep calling to empower others to lead from a place of authenticity, alignment, and intention. For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated my life to education, serving in roles that span from classroom teacher to high school principal to school planning and design consultant, and every step of the journey has deepened my belief that empowered leaders change lives.

With dual degrees in Psychology and Secondary Education from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master’s in Instructional Design, I bring both heart and strategy to my work. My passion lies at the intersection of transformational leadership and energetic alignment — where clarity, confidence, and courage are cultivated.

As a 3w2 on the Enneagram and a Generator in Human Design, I’m here to light the path for others — to help leaders and educators reconnect with their "why," align with their energy and lead with authenticity. Whether through the Dear Jess app, coaching, or The Empowered Educator Series, my work is rooted in love, intention, and the belief that we rise by lifting others.

Beyond leadership, I’m a published author and ghostwriter, and I write curricula for organizations and schools. I enjoy yoga, time in nature, and loving on my family and friends.
